Architect/Contract Administrator’s Instruction for use with SBC16/IC16/MW16

This pad of forms is intended for the issue of Architect/Contract Administrator’s instructions under SBC16, IC16 and MW16 contracts. The form may be used for:

• Issuing instructions
• Confirming instructions previously given other than in writing; or
• confirming a Clerk of Works’ direction

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
