Professional Books is a dynamic and fast-growing online retailer of trade & technical books with over 65,000 customers around the UK and Europe, based in Coate, just outside Devizes, Wiltshire.

We are a small and friendly team focussed on providing customers with the best online experience. All positions within the business require a desire to deliver amazing customer service, to get things right first time and to meet tight daily deadlines.

Current Positions Available

Part-Time Telesales

At certain times of the year (July - September and February - April) we need great communicators to contact our existing customers and alert them to new editions of essential publications. We can offer flexible working times, remote working & excellent rates of pay.

Telesales experience not essential but you will need to be IT literate, well spoken and have a positive mental attitude.
