Form of Contract - The Yellow Book - Subcontracts 4th Edition

For over 45 years IChemE have partnered with highly experienced legal and industry professionals to publish their acclaimed Forms of Contract. The new editions have been revised to reflect best practice in project delivery and the latest developments in law and project implementation.

Working fully back-to-back with the Red, Green and Burgundy Books, The Yellow Book is intended primarily for subcontracts that include the design, supply, site construction, erection and/or installation and testing of equipment and when the subcontract is to supply equipment that is significant in the main contract plant.

This Form of Contract contains a model form of agreement and general conditions, supplemented with detailed guide notes to assist the user in preparing a contract.

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
