About the Author
Paul Harris is a Chartered Electrical Engineer who has worked in the electrical industry since 1978. Paul worked in the NHS as a design engineer moving on to become Head of Estates at a 1200 Bed City Centre hospital until he took up a position within an international design consultancy working on healthcare projects in 1999.
Paul has worked in healthcare design on various types of projects and procurement methods for different clients for both private and NHS projects. As a serving member of Panel D and JPEL 64 representing IHEEM and healthcare design matters, he is intrinsically involved in the development of Section 710 medical Locations.
